The wowkey Membership Service Agreement explains the activation methods, service period, entitlement scope, account management, and dispute-handling rules that apply when Beijing Xieshu Technology Co., Ltd. provides wowkey membership and related premium services.
Membership Service Agreement The Chinese version is the authoritative legal text. If any difference exists between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version controls.
This Membership Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Beijing Xieshu Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“you”) who activates, purchases, redeems, or uses wowkey membership or related premium services.
This Agreement supplements the User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, plan page, checkout page, order page, in-product notices, and other applicable rules. Personal information processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and specific notices.
By agreeing to this Agreement and paying membership fees, or by activating membership through a redemption code, promotional grant, discount redemption, or another method we recognize, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
wowkey membership is a premium service for individual users. The functions, capacity, validity period, price, discounts, applicable platforms, and specific entitlements available to members are governed by the plan page, order page, redemption instructions, or in-product notice shown when you activate membership.
Membership entitlements may include, but are not limited to, higher capacity limits, additional security check capabilities, one-time-code related capabilities, Passkey-related check capabilities, sync-related features, or other premium functions. We may adjust membership entitlements based on product development, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operational arrangements, but we do not obtain ownership of the content you store in wowkey.
You may activate membership through website payment, redemption code, promotional grant, or another method we later support. The membership period, entitlement scope, usage limits, stackability, transferability, and other rules for each activation method are governed by the relevant page or redemption instructions.
Current website membership purchases are handled as one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. After membership expires, you decide whether to purchase again, renew manually, or use a new redemption code.
The membership period usually starts after the order is successfully paid, the redemption code is verified, or the system completes entitlement issuance. If the page or redemption instructions state otherwise, those instructions apply. If a payment-channel notice, network issue, or system processing delay affects status updates, our server-side order, redemption, and entitlement records will control.
If we later provide auto-renewal, continuous monthly billing, or another mandate-based service, we will explain it before launch through the checkout page, order page, separate agreement, or another prominent method, and obtain any required confirmation under applicable law.
Membership entitlements are usually bound to the wowkey account used or confirmed when purchasing, redeeming, or receiving membership. You should ensure that the email address, account status, and in-product registration status used are true, accurate, and available.
Unless the plan page, redemption instructions, or product rules clearly state otherwise, individual membership entitlements are for the corresponding account holder only. They may not be transferred, rented, lent, sold, shared for multi-user use, or used to bypass capacity limits, risk controls, regional limits, device limits, or other reasonable usage rules.
If an incorrect account, unregistered email, abnormal account status, incorrect redemption code, expired redemption code, or another reason not caused by us prevents normal use of entitlements, you should contact us or follow page prompts promptly. We will assist with review within a reasonable scope, but we do not promise that account migration, redemption recovery, or entitlement reissuance will always be possible.
When you purchase membership through the website, you must complete payment according to the price, payment method, and process shown on the checkout page. Whether an order is successfully paid is determined by payment-channel result notices, server-side order lookup, and our system records. Frontend payment-result pages are user-experience prompts only.
Redemption codes, promotional grants, discount redemptions, or other non-direct-payment methods may have limits such as validity period, applicable account, applicable region, applicable plan, usage count, or stackability. Specific rules are governed by the code issuance instructions, campaign rules, or in-product notices.
If you need an invoice, you may apply through the contact method we provide after completing payment and based on the order information. The specific issuance method, required information, issuance time, and invoice type are subject to the actually supported invoicing process and applicable tax rules.
Membership services are digital services and online premium services. After payment is completed, redemption succeeds, or entitlements are issued, we will provide services according to the actual order, redemption record, and applicable service rules. This Agreement does not constitute a promise of arbitrary refunds, unconditional refunds, or prorated refunds based on unused days.
If duplicate payment, abnormal payment status, entitlement activation failure, redemption abnormality, account binding error, order dispute, or a legally required handling scenario occurs, you may contact us using the details at the end of this Agreement. We will review and handle the matter based on order records, payment-channel records, redemption records, account status, actual usage, applicable service rules, and legal requirements.
If membership services cannot be provided normally, or some entitlements are affected, because of force majeure, network failures, third-party services, payment channels, regulatory requirements, system maintenance, or other reasons not reasonably within our control, we will provide notice through the website, in-product prompts, or another reasonable method based on the actual situation, and handle related issues within a reasonable scope.
If you violate this Agreement, the User License Agreement, product rules, or applicable law, or engage in fraud, abuse, attacks, circumvention of limits, account sharing, resale of entitlements, resale of redemption codes, or other conduct that harms service security or fairness, we may suspend, limit, terminate, or adjust your membership entitlements based on the actual situation, and reserve the right to pursue remedies under law.
We may update this Agreement as products evolve, membership entitlements change, transaction flows change, or law, regulation, compliance requirements, or business arrangements require. The updated Agreement will be published through the website, in-product notice, account notice, or another reasonable method, and it becomes effective on the stated effective date.
