Without our prior written consent, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, license, or otherwise exploit those materials except where applicable law clearly provides otherwise.
wowkey may include third-party websites, content delivery services, payment providers, notification services, infrastructure services, or other external resources. Those third-party services are responsible for their own conduct, and the rights and obligations between you and the third party are governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.
We do not provide additional guarantees regarding the continued availability or compatibility of third-party services, though we will try to evaluate them reasonably before integration.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to all or part of the service when:
Before closing your account, stopping use of the service, or service termination, you should export, back up, or migrate any data you need to retain. After service termination, we will process relevant data according to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, and it does not prevent provisions concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, confidentiality, billing, or other provisions that should survive by nature or law from continuing to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wowkey and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to maintain service quality and security, but we do not promise that:

If applicable law does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If your violation of this Agreement, unlawful use of the service, infringement of third-party rights, submission of unlawful content, or abusive, fraudulent, or attack-related conduct causes claims, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses to us, our affiliates, our partners, or related personnel, you are responsible for those consequences and must compensate the resulting losses.
We may update this Agreement as product capabilities, service structure, law, regulation, compliance requirements, or business arrangements evolve. The updated Agreement will be published through the website, in-product notice, account notice, or another reasonable method, and it becomes effective on the stated effective date.
If you continue using wowkey services after the updated Agreement takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
